Pricing questions
Are Meta's WhatsApp messaging charges included in the plan price?
No. Karyagrah's subscription covers the software and plan limits. Meta bills WhatsApp Business Platform messages separately under its current category and recipient-country rates.
Is GST included in the displayed price?
Displayed India prices exclude GST. The applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout and on the invoice.
How do add-ons affect my monthly bill?
Add-ons are optional monthly upgrades on top of your base plan. You can add features or extra capacity without moving the whole account to another plan.
Can I change billing cycle later?
Yes. Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly options are available, subject to the plan shown for your country. Longer cycles can carry a larger discount.
Do I need a separate Meta or payment-provider account?
You connect your own eligible Meta business assets and any third-party payment, courier or commerce accounts. Those provider charges are separate from Karyagrah.
Can I start before choosing every add-on?
Yes. Start with the base plan that fits your team, then activate add-ons from the dashboard when the workflow becomes useful.
