Questions about add-ons
What is an add-on?
An add-on is an extra feature, or extra capacity, that you switch on for your plan. It is billed per month on top of your plan and activates from your dashboard once your plan is active.
Do I need an add-on for attendance, payroll or school management?
Some plans already include a few of these. Open Plans in your dashboard to see what yours has; anything else you can add here. Attendance & Shifts, Payroll & Overtime and Members & Students are separate add-ons, so you only pay for what your business uses.
Do some add-ons need others?
Yes. Attendance needs Employees. Payroll needs Employees and Attendance. Tasks & Field Work needs Employees. Attendance Kiosk needs Employees and Attendance. Orders needs Catalog. If you do not have what an add-on needs, it is added together with it, each at its own price.
How many employees or members are included?
Employees includes 10 employee records and Members & Students includes 50 member records. Attendance, Payroll and Tasks work for the employees you have. If you need more people, ask us for a custom plan.
Can I add one in the middle of a billing period?
Yes. You can switch an add-on on at any time, and the first charge covers only the rest of your current billing period.
Do Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Google Business need my own accounts?
Yes. You connect your own Instagram Business account, Facebook Page and Google Business Profile. Karyagrah works on top of them and the accounts stay yours.
Does the AI Agent add-on include AI usage?
The add-on turns Sahayak on. The replies it writes use AI tokens from a prepaid wallet that you can top up at any time.
Which currency are these prices in, and is tax extra?
Prices follow the country chosen on the page and are per month. Tax such as GST or VAT is added on top at checkout.
