Open WhatsApp Numbers
In Company Portal, open WhatsApp Numbers and choose the guided Meta setup for the active branch.

Complete Meta authorization
Sign in to Meta, choose the correct business portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account, then select or add the number.

Verify webhook and token status
Karyagrah shows the callback status, WABA progress and token health. Resolve any incomplete item before going live.

Send a controlled test
Create an approved template or use an active service conversation, then confirm sent, delivered and read states in Inbox.
