Connect in 5 clear steps

Open Catalog
Choose the correct branch, open Catalog, and locate the Shopify integration panel.

Enter the store domain
Enter the permanent myshopify.com domain, for example mystore.myshopify.com, then choose Connect Shopify.

Approve read-only access
Shopify asks for product and inventory permissions. Karyagrah never asks for customer or order access in this catalog phase.

Review the first sync
Products and variants import automatically. Shopify-managed products are read-only in Karyagrah to prevent conflicting edits.

Run a WhatsApp catalog test
Sync the catalog to Meta, send a product or catalog message, and verify current price and availability.
