Send selected Karyagrah conversation events directly to a Zapier Catch Hook.

Setup guide

Connect in 5 clear steps

In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier, select Catch Hook, and copy the unique hooks.zapier.com URL.

Open Karyagrah Integration Hub, paste the Catch Hook URL, and choose only the conversation events this Zap needs.

Choose Send test. Karyagrah sends representative fields without using a real customer's phone number.

Return to Zapier, inspect the captured test, map the required fields to your action, then publish the Zap.

Trigger one selected event in Karyagrah and verify a single successful Zap run before relying on the automation.
