Connect in 4 clear steps
Choose the correct data center
Open Integration Hub for the intended branch and select the region used by your Zoho account. India is selected by default.
Authorize Zoho CRM
Sign in on Zoho's own authorization screen and approve Leads, Contacts, user identity and duplicate-search permissions. Karyagrah never receives your Zoho password.
Add the bot action
In Bot Builder, place Send to Zoho after the questions that collect the customer's details. Choose Leads or Contacts and map any optional email, company and notes variables.
Publish and test
Run one controlled WhatsApp conversation. The customer's WhatsApp phone number is searched first; an existing CRM record is updated instead of duplicated.
