Fewer where-is-my-order messages

Customers get the update in the chat they already use, so your team spends less time on status calls and replies.

Updates only when something changes

Live shipments are checked automatically and the buyer is messaged when the status actually changes, not on every check.

Order, payment and returns in one chat

The same conversation covers the cart, address, payment link, shipment and a return request when your store allows returns.

Why order tracking belongs on WhatsApp

After a purchase, the most common question is where the order is. Answering it by phone or by hand takes the team's time, and customers who wait for an answer lose confidence. A status message in the chat where they placed the order answers it without a request.

It also keeps the conversation open for the next purchase, a review request or a return, instead of ending at the courier's tracking page.

How order tracking works in Karyagrah

An order can start in a WhatsApp chat, on your website chat or from the Orders page. The customer chooses cash on delivery or pays online with a payment link from your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. You book the parcel with your own Shiprocket, Delhivery or NimbusPost account and the label and AWB come back to the order.

From then on Karyagrah checks the live shipment automatically and messages the buyer when its status changes. When the AI agent is set to take orders end to end, a customer can also ask where their order is and get the current status in the chat.

Messages that follow WhatsApp's rules

WhatsApp lets a business reply freely only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window, updates go as approved message templates, so keep templates simple, accurate and relevant to the order.

Always respect customer consent and opt-outs, and keep a clear route to a person for delivery problems. The guides below explain the 24-hour window and how to sell with catalogues, orders and payment links.

Set it up in four steps

Connect your courier account and set your store rules: cash on delivery, delivery fee or live courier rates, free-delivery threshold and your return window. Add your products to the catalogue, then place one test order and follow it through booking, tracking and delivery.

Order tracking uses the Shipping and Catalog modules. The Pricing page shows which plans include them and which can be added.

Which couriers does Karyagrah support?

Karyagrah connects to Shiprocket, Delhivery and NimbusPost. You use your own account with each, so your negotiated rates and billing stay with you.
